Evžen and I do search and rescue training. At first, I didn't have big ambitions and just wanted to give it a try, but thanks to the amazing trainer Lucie Čeňková, who leads us, we fell in love with this discipline. We mainly train in rubble. We're currently under the ZBKLK organization.

Evžen loves rescue work. During searches, he can keep a cool head, thinks, and learns quickly. Since obedience is part of rescue exams, we had to focus on this discipline as well, which was initially more of a necessary evil for me, but over time, both Evžen and I grew to love it. Trainer Lucie taught us the basics of obedience, and later we started training with Honza Farkač, who convinced me that even training precise obedience can be fun and deepened our relationship with Evžen.

Over time, we came to the conclusion that search and rescue had become our greatest passion, and so now we have both sporting ambitions and ambitions for practical use. In our spare time, we train in water rescue work, dummies, or go canicross running. Evžen loves all the work and gives his all to everything.

In 2025, we reached our peak performance. We participated in the IRO World Championships, where we finished in an amazing 4th place in the rubble search category. We also took our first attempt at our national atest for practical use, which we unfortunately failed to pass. We will continue to work hard in the coming year. We will try to pass the atest again and see how we fare in sports search and rescue.
